Severe Depression

I have been struggling with severe depression. The last few weeks have been especially difficult for me. Please pray for me

I suffer as well. It doesn't sound like much, but walking and talking to God (outside & out loud if you can) really helps me. Also in the car turn off the radio and talk out loud to God. Something about speaking out loud relieves stress. I find myself making heavy sighs when I'm done and feeling peace, even when I didn't have much on my mind. I have yelled, cried, complained and thanked Him; just whatever is on your mind...He will listen even when your frustrated and mad. God bless you, and hang in there.

Closely survey your thoughts. The enemy will suggest so many things that Gods promises refute, and these suggestions can seem overpowering as if they will destroy you. Steady now Christian; there is nothing that can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus! Refute every accusation with scripture. Fill your mind with His promises! Almighty Father protect this writer and give wisdom that they may see if their thoughts are causing discouragement. In your relentless mercy pursue them and pour out your love and favor upon them. Help them to bear up patiently knowing you will work all things for the good. Sometimes your plan In trials is for the purpose of being able to comfort someone else later on. Also help them remember that scripture tells us -"Dear friends, do not be surprised / dismayed at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you." 1Peter 4:12 Many of Jesus' disciples felt varied and strange trials, hard pressed on every side so much that they even despaired of life itself! 2 Co 1:8 "For we do not want you to be unaware, brothers, of the affliction we experienced in Asia. For we were so utterly burdened beyond our strength that we despaired of life itself."

Intercede for us Father that we may rise above these trials, send peace and comfort to your children esp. this writer! Bless them now in Jesus' name, Amen. ðŸ™ðŸ™Œ
