Severe Anxiety

I am experiencing a lot of anxiety in my life right now. It started Monday after I heard my pastor talk about the prison ministry and felt that I should become involved because God has been moving to do more for him. Ever since then I've been having severe anxiety about how will I know if I'm serving God right and how will I know. I know that the devil is there to torment us when we plan to really work for God. I am now worrying that if I don't feel stressed that the devil isn't tormenting me because I'm not living right. I'm losing my mind right now and need a touch from the Holy Ghost to heal my mind.
