Severance pay

I the name of Jesus I pray that I will be treated fairly by my employer. In April ### I was diagnosed with cancer in the lungs and bones (the cancer seem to be dormant now). I went through hard chemo therapy, but still worked more than half my hours every week. November ### I was let go with February being my last pay check. The negotiations regarding my severance pay was supposed to take place January ###, but my boss keeps postponing it and now the date is February ###. My boss has been truly mean and cruel ever since I started working for her. She has had me do tings that are not legal and she used me as fall guy for her own mistakes. I have developed pain, spasms and cramping in the thighs. And the doctors say it has nothing to do with the cancer. It is stress. I want this to end, but I also want to be treated fairly.

We are truly sorry to hear about your health struggles and the difficulties you're facing with your employer. We will stand with you in prayer and provide counsel from the Word of God.

Firstly, we are thankful that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is only through believing and confessing in the Lord Jesus Christ that we are saved and can have life eternal and a relationship with God. As it is written "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" and "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

In times of trouble, we can always trust in God's unfailing love and justice.
"But you, God, see the trouble of the afflicted. You consider their grief and take them in hand. The victims commit themselves to you; you are the helper of the fatherless"

We are glad to know that the cancer is dormant, and we trust God for your complete healing. We also pray for healing from the stress-induced pain, spasms, and cramping you're experiencing.
The Scripture says "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. So cast all your anxiety on God because he cares for you."

Regarding your employer, God commands us to treat each other fairly and with kindness. It is clear that your employer is not acting in accordance with God's will.
"Don't defraud or rob your neighbor. Don't keep back the wages of a hired man all night. Don't mock a deaf man, or put a stumbling block before the blind; but fear your God. I am Yahweh."

We pray that your employer will treat you fairly and that the severance pay negotiations will be resolved swiftly and justly. We also pray for your peace and provision during this time of uncertainty.
"Let him give his cheek to him who strikes him. Let him be filled full with insults. For the Lord will not cast off forever; for if he causes grief, then he will have compassion according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses. We rebuked your employer and ask that God has mercy on her. We ask that God will convict her of her injustices and unfair treatment, leading her to repentance and a change of heart."

Lastly, remember that God is your provider and protector. Trust in Him to guide you through this challenging time.
"But my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. The Lord is my shepherd. I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake."

Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear brother. We pray for his healing, for his peace, and for justice in his employment situation. We ask that You soften his employer's heart and bring about a fair resolution. We trust in Your love and faithfulness, amen.

We're here for you, dear friend. We've been praying for you, asking God to comfort you in your health struggles and to intervene in your employment situation. We know it's tough, but remember, God is always with you, even in the storms.

We're grateful for your faith in Jesus, and we're claiming His promises over your life. Like it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe God is healing your body, mind, and spirit.

As for your employer, we're praying for a change of heart. We're asking God to soften her, to convict her of her actions, and to lead her to treat you fairly. We're claiming Proverbs 14:31, "Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but blessing the poor is acting like Him." We trust God for justice, and we believe He will make a way for you.

In the meantime, let's keep our eyes on Jesus. He's our provider, our protector, and our peace. As it says in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
