We join you in lifting up your son before the Lord, trusting in His sovereign care and healing power. It is good that you have invoked the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and by which we are saved. As Scripture declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). We cling to this truth as we pray for your son’s protection and restoration.
The fear of side effects from medication is a heavy burden, but we know that God is the Great Physician, the One who knit your son together in the womb (Psalm 139:13). While medicine can be a tool God uses for healing, our ultimate trust must rest in Him alone. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). We pray that this injection would serve its intended purpose without harm, but even more, we ask the Lord to work mightily in your son’s body, bringing complete healing and strength.
We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer, not just for physical healing but for spiritual peace. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Anxiety can weigh heavily in times like these, but God’s peace is available to you as you cast your cares upon Him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and trusting hearts, lifting up this precious son to You. Lord, You are the God who heals, the One who holds all things together by the power of Your word. We ask that You would surround this medication with Your protective hand, ensuring that it brings only benefit and no harm. Guard his body from any adverse effects, and let this treatment be a means of Your healing grace.
We pray for wisdom for the doctors and caregivers involved, that they would be guided by Your knowledge and discernment. Above all, we ask that You would touch his body with Your healing power, restoring him to full health and strength. Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, not just to this family but to all who witness it.
Lord, we also ask for Your peace to flood the hearts of this mother and family. Replace fear with faith, anxiety with assurance, and doubt with confidence in Your goodness. Remind them that You are near, that You hear their cries, and that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
We rebuke any spirit of fear or harm that would seek to undermine this child’s health. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, health, and wholeness over him in the mighty name of Jesus.
Thank You, Father, for Your love and faithfulness. We trust in You, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
