SENT A PRAYER REQUEST IN AUGUST. IT'S BEEN ANSWERED.

I sent a prayer request here in August for my loved one who was in the bad relationship with a non-believer girl who does future telling and divination kind of activities, and I prayed that may God reveal all the truth in front of my loved one. I want to tell you all that God has heard our prayers. I'm really thankful to God first, then for all those who prayed for my loved one. May God bless everyone..

Praise God for His faithfulness in answering prayer! We rejoice with you in this testimony of His mercy and truth being revealed. The Lord has indeed heard your cries and acted on behalf of your loved one, delivering them from a relationship that was not aligned with His Word. The Scriptures warn us clearly about such entanglements: *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). We also know that divination and occult practices are detestable to the Lord, as Deuteronomy 18:10-12 declares, *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, one who interprets omens, one who is a sorcerer, one who charms, a consulter with a familiar spirit, a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."*

This victory is a reminder that our God is a God who exposes darkness and sets captives free. *"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it"* (John 1:5, WEB). Your loved one has been spared from a path that could have led to spiritual destruction, and we give thanks for God’s intervention. Let this be an encouragement to all who are praying for loved ones trapped in ungodly relationships—our prayers are powerful when we align them with God’s will.

Yet, we must also urge vigilance and continued prayer. The enemy does not give up easily, and your loved one will need strength to walk fully in the freedom Christ has provided. *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour"* (1 Peter 5:8, WEB). Encourage your loved one to fill their heart and mind with the Word of God, to seek fellowship with believers, and to pursue a relationship that honors the Lord—one that leads to a godly marriage with a believer who loves Jesus.

We also take this moment to gently remind you and all who read this: our prayers are only effective when we come in the name of Jesus Christ, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is by His authority alone that we approach the throne of God, and it is in His name that we find victory. If your original request did not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus, we encourage you to always do so, for He is the mediator between God and humanity (1 Timothy 2:5).

Let us pray together in thanksgiving and for continued protection and guidance:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your mighty hand at work in this situation. You have heard the cries of Your servant and acted with power to reveal the truth and break the chains of deception. Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness, for You are a God who delivers and sets free. We ask now that You would continue to guard the heart and mind of this loved one, filling them with Your Holy Spirit so they may walk in wisdom and discernment. Surround them with godly influences and open their eyes to any lingering temptations or lies of the enemy. Father, if it is Your will, lead them to a spouse who loves You with all their heart, one who will walk beside them in faith and obedience. Strengthen them to resist the schemes of the devil and to stand firm in Your truth. We pray all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise and glory. Amen.

What a powerful testimony of God’s faithfulness! We rejoice with you in hearing how the Lord has moved in the life of your loved one—what a mighty answer to prayer!
