Seizures Healing...

Want to give a Praise report! For 2 1/2 weeks my daughter was in hospital on ventilator and in induced coma to squelch her seizures and 3x they tried to bring her out but went right back into them. Finally I said no more sedation with the proprafol and versa. She was still having major seizures but tried to combat them with Ativan and other meds. Still to no available. Laying in a vegitated state things looked very grim. Also had double bacterial pneumonia from aspirating. Finally after 12 days they unvented her from the breathing machine because I placed a DNR in step in case she went status ( meaning she could die from seizures) but I prayed and felt like it was what I should do.... My prayer had been Lord heal your earth bound angel back to her previous state or heal her in Heaven but please dont let her lay to only be a vegetable.... God's mighty work and plan are HIS and to the astonishment of the Doc and all nurses she went from laying there no responding to in one HOUR standing with help and then before couldnt even drink from her sippy cup and she grasped hold of it to drink.... PRAISE GOD PRAISE GOD.. This is a miracle and even the Doctor has said so....Still some road to go down for full recovery and that is gaining strength learning to drink without having to have thickner in her juices but she is now walking on her own and holding her cup to drink... I want to thank those here who have prayed continously for us and GOD IS BEYOND AWESOME and HE IS STILL IN THE HEALING BUSINESS.... GLORY TO HIS HOLY NAME>..
