Seeking prayer for God's will

I've spent a lot of time what some would say doing nothing.  In reality, I just don't want to do anything that the Lord doesn't want me to do.  So I ask for prayer from my fellow kingdom members to agree with me and give my wife and I some direction. A year ago around this time I was hearing demented voices and taking a beating spiritually.  The Lord Jesus brought me through that storm and I just want my fellow saints to know He is still our healer, deliverer and author of our faith and I'm humbled to be able to encourage anyone who reads this and give the glory to Jesus.     By His blood we are covered from our sins.  I'm thankful for the comfort we have from the Holy Spirit and I pray for all my brothers and sisters in Christ that they receive the encouragement in their spirits from the prayers of all God's children.   In Jesus name.  Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
