I BELIEVE GOD HAS BLESSED US WITH THYS NEW HOME BUT THE UNDERWRITERS CONTINUE TO ASK QUESTION AFTER QUESTION ABOUT THE GIFT OF MONIES, THE DIVISION OF HER ASSETS THAT SHE LEFT MY HUSBAND & HIS TWO SISTERS. I SENT THEM A COPY OF HER "LAST WILL & TESTAMENT" SO THAT THEY COULD CONFIRM THE SOURCE ON MONIES MY HUSBAND & I USED FOR A DEPOSIT ON FRIDAY.
JUST A MINUTE AGO, THEY ASKED ABOUT HER PROPERTY AND I GAVE THEM ANSWERS FROM MY SISTER N LAW. I HOPE THAT SATISFIES EVERYTHING IN THE NAME OF JESUS💯🙏🏽💯🙏🏽 THKUUU, PRAYOR WARRIORS FOR ALL UR PRAYERS TO GET US INTO OUR NEW HOME. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU ALL💯🙏🏽

We hear your frustration and concern as you stand on the threshold of what you believe is a blessing from God, a new home for you and your husband. The process of underwriting can feel like an endless maze of questions, especially when it involves family matters such as inheritances and wills. We want to assure you that your trust in God’s provision is not misplaced, but we also recognize the importance of patience and wisdom in navigating these earthly processes.

First, let us affirm that God is indeed a provider. Philippians 4:19 reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." You are right to believe that this home may be part of His plan for you, but we must also remember that God’s timing and methods are not always our own. The delays and questions from the underwriters are not necessarily a sign of God withholding His blessing, but perhaps an opportunity for you to grow in trust and perseverance. James 1:3-4 tells us, "Knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of handling these matters with integrity and transparency. The questions from the underwriters are not meant to hinder you but to ensure that all financial matters are in order according to earthly laws and standards. Proverbs 11:3 says, "The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them." It is wise to answer their inquiries thoroughly and honestly, trusting that God will honor your obedience in this process.

Now, let us come before the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of hope and trust in Your provision. We lift up this family to You, Lord, as they seek to finalize the purchase of their new home. We ask that You would go before them in this process, smoothing the path and removing any unnecessary obstacles. Father, grant them patience and wisdom as they answer the questions posed by the underwriters. Let every detail be handled with integrity and in accordance with Your will.

Lord, we thank You for the inheritance that has been provided through the will of their loved one. We pray that this gift would be a blessing not only to them but also a testimony of Your faithfulness to provide for Your children. Help them to trust in Your timing, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

Father, we also ask that You would calm any anxiety or frustration they may be feeling. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let them rest in the knowledge that You hold their future in Your hands.

We rebuke any spirit of delay or confusion that may be attempting to hinder this process. In the name of Jesus, we declare that this home will be secured according to Your perfect will and timing. We trust You, Lord, to bring this matter to a swift and favorable conclusion.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this season. Psalm 37:5 says, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this." Keep your heart fixed on Him, and remember that His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). Even in the waiting, God is at work. Hold fast to your faith, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

May the Lord bless you and your husband abundantly as you walk this journey together, trusting in Him every step of the way.

We hear the strain in your words, after sending document after document, it is draining to field yet another round of questions. Please know you are not alone in this waiting. We are standing with you, asking the Lord to settle every detail.

When the process drags on like this, it can be hard to keep our eyes fixed on the God who already knows the outcome. We are simply praying that His peace will quiet your mind tonight, no matter what the next email from the underwriters brings. He sees the full picture, and He is with you in the small, frustrating steps as much as in the big ones.

Father, we lift this family before You right now. You know the home they long for, the papers that still stand in the way, and the uncertainty they feel. We ask You, in Jesus’ name, to satisfy each requirement, grant favor with the underwriters, clear up every misunderstanding, and let the approval come through if it is Your will. More than that, quiet their hearts tonight. Replace the knot of worry with a deep, steady trust that You hold tomorrow. Give them rest, and let them sense Your presence in the middle of the paperwork. Amen.

You have come to the border of your inheritance, and the adversary plagues you with questions. The enemy of souls will ever seek to hinder your taking possession of the land which God has given you by a covenant of salt. Yet fear not, for the questionings of men cannot overturn the title deeds of your inheritance. We shall not require a lawyer to assist us in our examination, for we have a better witness.

I would say of this inheritance which God has prepared for His saints that it is exceedingly broad. It encompasses not only a house made with hands, but the pardon of sin and every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus. The temporary dwelling is but a shadow of the eternal home. The Master knows your need of a hearth, and He who went about doing good will not withhold any good thing from them that walk uprightly. But know this, our Home Mission needs men who can pray. And if we are to secure useful men and women, we must choose those who can weep. Have you wept before the Lord over this matter, or only fretted before the underwriters?

The question must of necessity be pressed home: Will you, also, go away? Will you let this trial sour your faith? Your ways have come home to you; let them drive you to the Throne of Grace, not to despair. The backslider and the good man are very different, but in each of them the same rule is exemplified, they are both filled by the result of their lives. Let this testing fill you with patience and prayer, not with anxious demands for swift answers. You know how you bank your fire up when you come to chapel in the evening, and have nobody at home, and want to keep the fire alight till you get home? That is often the condition of a Christian. Bank the fire of faith now, that you may find it warm upon the hearth of your new dwelling when the Lord’s time comes.

And concerning this home, once you enter it, begin there. When Jerusalem was built, every man built before his own house. Do the same. Let it not be a place of worldly parties and forgetfulness of God, lest your conduct come home to you in your children’s griefs. Rather, go home and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee. Make your house a model home mission, a place where the blessed Dove has come into your breast to witness eternal love and give your spirit rest. The winds of the Holy Spirit do not blow upon a ship whose crew neglects prayer at home. Let there be prayer at home to wake up all the winds and speed you on your destined course.

Soon the Master will say, “Thou hast had enough tarrying here in this vale of tears: go home to thy friends!” But until that hour, let your sighs be turned into songs, and let your household see that you possess your inheritance by faith, not by sight. The battle’s fought, the victory’s won, enter thy rest with joy.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your eagerness for this house reveals the peril of fixing hope on things that perish. You call upon the name of Jesus, yet your heart is consumed with the approval of underwriters. Do you not know it is a small thing to be judged by men? The Apostle says, "We speak, not as pleasing men, but God, which proveth our hearts." If God has indeed blessed you with this home, no lender can withhold it. But if He has not, why do you fret as one without hope?

You sent the last will and testament of a departed soul, but consider: she has gone to a country where no will of parchment avails. All her earthly goods are left behind, and they are now a cause of question and delay among the living. How often have I seen inheritances become snares, and houses built by toil given over to strangers, even to enemies! What is more miserable than to gather sins for others' rest? Why let a mother's legacy stir up such anxiety, when she herself has bounded away to an inheritance that fades not?

Do not misuse the Name of Jesus as a charm to bend men to your desire. That Name was given for salvation, not for the acquisition of houses. The Lord Himself had no place to lay His head; shall the servant demand more than the Master? If this house is prepared for you by faithful labor and the will of God, you will receive it without clamor. But if not, rejoice that you are counted worthy to learn patience. The Apostle preferred the edification of his neighbor even to being with Christ; can you not prefer God's timing to your own comfort?

Cease, then, your endless petitions for worldly ease, and pray rather that your soul may be approved before the Giver of every good. Answer the questions with honesty, but commit the outcome to Him who proveth hearts. Whether He grants this home or withholds it, your true dwelling is where neither underwriters nor decay can enter. Set your affection on things above, and you will find refreshment in His will, whose blood purifies and whose promise is an eternal habitation.

The ache of waiting on an underwriter's final word is real, and you feel the weight of every new question. Yet, right in the middle of that tension, you are naming the name of Jesus over this home, and that is no small thing. That hope you are placing in him is already a sign of life. But let me turn your gaze for a moment from an earthly title deed to a far more certain one.

All the paperwork, the inherited funds, the copy of the last will and testament, the answers from your sister-in-law - these are the necessary tools of a passing world. But you have been made a partaker of an inheritance that no underwriter can scrutinize and no market can devalue. You belong to a kingdom where the inheritance is the Lord himself, and he has already qualified you to share in the lot of the saints in light. He delivered you from the power of darkness and translated you into the kingdom of his dear Son. That transaction is final, sealed by the blood of Jesus, not by a loan officer's approval.

Sometimes we get so fixed on the property we can see that we forget the staggering truth of what God has already placed in our name. Think of it: the One who owns the cattle on a thousand hills considers you his own inheritance. You are his treasured possession. He values his relationship with you more than we can fathom. Before you were ever trying to close on this house, the Holy Spirit was given to you as the earnest, the down payment, guaranteeing your full redemption. That guarantee is far stronger than any gift letter or bank statement.

So, yes, keep answering the questions. Send the documents. Trust that the Lord knows your need for a place to live. But let your spirit rest in the incorruptible, undefiled, and unfading inheritance that is reserved in heaven for you. That hope will not delay or disappoint. You are kept by the power of God, not by the mood of an underwriter. Even as you hope for a favorable answer on this house, remember you are already a joint-heir with Christ, and nothing can snatch that home from you.
