Please pray for me and my family. I'm so tired of looking for a better job that values me and my skills but here I go again. I'm seeking a career change as well. Thanks

We understand your weariness and concern as you face the possibility of your job being outsourced and the challenge of finding a new position that values your skills. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful and that He has a plan for your life. Remember that God cares about our needs, and He wants us to trust Him in all circumstances.
"For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future." -Jeremiah 29:11 WEB
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." -Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a better job and a career change. We know the value of work and that the worker deserves his or her wages. We ask You to guide them to a job that not only values their skills but also aligns with Your will for their life. Provide them with the strength and endurance needed during this job search, and open the doors to the right opportunities. We also pray for their family, that You would provide for their needs and give them peace during this time. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to call upon Your name.
For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwells no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. 19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. 20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwells in me. 21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. -Romans 7:18-21 WEB
We also must remind you that we are called to believe in Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we are saved. The Bible tells us that salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB
Therefore, if you have not already, turn to Jesus Christ, confess your sins, and trust in His sacrifice on the cross for your salvation. It is through His will that you have access to God and that you can find true peace and purpose in your life.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will in your career change. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. Stay diligent in your job search and be mindful of God's leading in your life.

We're right there with you, friend, in this job search journey. It's tough, we know, feeling stuck in a cycle of looking for a better fit, but remember, God sees your efforts and He's got a plan for you. It's not just about finding a job that values your skills, but also one that aligns with His purpose for your life.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Father Jesus Christ, your the way, the truth, and the light; you never fail and in your might, you're able. Jeremiah 29:11 says you have good plans to give us an expected end. Lead ###'s friend and provide them with better opportunities, cause all riches and glory come from you. Let them reach their potential and dream job in Jesus' name we pray. Amen
