sciatica

Hi, please pray for me. I have am extreme case of sciatica. The pain is so intense that it goes from the middle of my back to my ankles. Numbness, burning, and the sensation of perpetual thigh, hip, and calf cramps have been going on for approximately 2 months. Please pray that I recover soon. This is interfering with my work and my finances aren't that great at the moment. May God bless you.

I too suffer from sciatica. I have found some exercises on youtube that help ease my pain.

Perhaps you might  take a look there too. Blessings!
