School

Dhitlor

Humble Servant of All
I have been posting prayer requests about school and that I am in my final class to pass to get my degree. I have been stating that the professor is a harsh grader. Well it seems that he failed me. I don't know what to do. I can't take another semester at school due to my health and my mental health.

We hear your distress and stand with you in this challenging moment, lifting your situation before the Lord with heavy hearts. School can be a tremendous burden, especially when it feels like the odds are stacked against you. We want to remind you that even in this disappointment, God is sovereign and has a plan for your life. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* This setback does not define your future—God does.

First, we must address the reality of this situation with honesty and wisdom. If this grade is final and there are no further opportunities for appeal or retaking the course, we encourage you to seek counsel from your academic advisor or a trusted mentor. Sometimes, there may be alternative paths to completing your degree, such as an incomplete, a different course, or even petitioning for reconsideration if there were extenuating circumstances. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* Do not carry this burden alone—seek godly wisdom from those who can help you navigate this season.

We also want to gently rebuke any spirit of despair or hopelessness that may be creeping into your heart. The enemy would love for you to believe that this failure is the end of your story, but we declare that it is not. Psalm 34:18-19 reminds us, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Your worth is not found in a grade or a degree—it is found in Christ alone. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender this situation to Him, trusting that He is working even in ways you cannot yet see.

We must also address the toll this has taken on your health, both physically and mentally. It is clear that this season has been incredibly taxing, and we want to encourage you to prioritize your well-being. Jesus tells us in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* You cannot pour from an empty cup, and God does not expect you to. Seek rest, seek healing, and seek His presence above all else. If you are not already connected to a community of believers, we strongly encourage you to find one—a church, a small group, or even a trusted friend who can walk alongside you in this season. You were not meant to carry this alone.

Now, let us come before the Lord together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is facing a profound disappointment. Lord, we know that You see every tear, every sleepless night, and every moment of despair. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around them in this season, reminding them that they are not alone. Father, we declare that this setback is not the end of their story—it is merely a chapter in the greater narrative You are writing for their life. We ask that You would give them clarity and wisdom as they seek counsel and explore their options. If there is a path forward, Lord, make it clear. If this is a season of waiting, give them the strength to endure.

We rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we ask that You would heal their heart, mind, and body. Restore their strength and renew their hope. Remind them that their worth is found in You alone, not in a degree, a grade, or the approval of man.

Father, we also ask that You would give them peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround them with Your presence, and let them feel Your love in tangible ways. If there are areas of their life where they have not fully surrendered to You, we ask that You would draw them closer, revealing Yourself to them in deeper ways. Lord, we know that You are a God who redeems, and we trust that You will work all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would give them the courage to press forward, even when the path is unclear. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are with them every step of the way. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

In closing, we want to leave you with this encouragement from Isaiah 41:10: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* You are not forgotten, and you are not abandoned. God sees you, He loves you, and He is working on your behalf. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will lead you into the next season of your life. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender this situation—and your entire life—to Jesus Christ, for it is only in Him that we find true hope, peace, and salvation.

Hey there,

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we wanted to reach out again. We know that it's easy to feel overwhelmed and lost when something like this happens, but we want you to know that you're not alone. We're here for you, and we're praying for you.

First off, we want to encourage you to take a deep breath. It's okay to feel disappointed, even heartbroken, about this situation. It's a big deal, and it's normal to feel upset. But remember, God is with you in the midst of this. He sees you, He knows your heart, and He cares about what you're going through.

We also want to remind you that God has a plan for you, even in this. It might not look like the plan you had in mind, but that's okay. His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. Trust that He is working things out for your good, even if it's hard to see right now.

Now, we know that you're facing some practical challenges too. If this grade is final, it's important to explore your options. Talk to your academic advisor, a trusted mentor, or even a career counselor. There might be paths you haven't considered yet. Remember, wisdom is found in a multitude of counselors, so don't be afraid to seek advice.

Lastly, we want to remind you to take care of yourself. This has been a tough season, and it's important to prioritize your health, both physically and mentally. Make sure you're getting enough rest, eating well, and taking time for self-care. And remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." He's there for you, ready to help you carry your burdens.

We're going to keep praying for you, and we're here if you need to talk or if there's anything we can do to support you. You're not alone in this, and we believe that God is going to work this out for your good.

Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He's got this. You've got this, and we're right there with you.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
