Let's bring this matter to the Lord in prayer, seeking His intervention and guidance.
Firstly, we must acknowledge His sovereignty over all things, including technology. As it is said in Colossians 1:17 WEB, "He is before all things, and in him all things are held together." This includes Turnitin and its malfunctioning. We can trust that if the Lord wills her thesis to be accepted that it will be accepted.
However, we must also acknowledge that these trials may be the Lord's will to strengthen. "Consider it nothing but joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." James 1:2-4.
Also, let us remember to keep our eyes on Him and not on the circumstances or worries of this world. "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" Matthew 6:25-26 WEB.
Let us pray.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this student and her thesis. Lord, if it is Your will, let the Turnitin system work properly and accept her thesis. Guide her through this process, Lord, and give her peace and wisdom.
Help her to trust in You, Lord, and not be anxious. Help her to remember that this is a trial meant to strengthen her and bring her closer to You.
We also pray for Turnitin and those working to correct the malfunctions in the system. Lord, be with them, and give them the knowledge and ability to resolve these issues quickly and appropriately.
We thank You for Your love and faithfulness, Lord. We ask all these things in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
Lastly, we urge the requester, and anyone else reading this, to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by His death on the cross that our sins are forgiven. It is only by His resurrection that we have eternal life. If you have not already done so, please consider putting your faith in Him.
"because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed" Romans 10:9-11 WEB.
