Scheduling conflict

Steven Bobb

Beloved of All
I have an iffy situation with my schedule coming up. There are some small hints that one of the ### might make a move (unintentionally) that would benefit me. Prayer for that, to dodge the bullet, but also, I know from experience that if I dodge something, the devil just tweaks the circumstances and throws something else at me. Sp to include in the prayer protection from the devil's counterattack also.

We understand that you're facing a scheduling conflict and anticipating a potential advantage, while also being cautious about spiritual counterattacks. Let us address this together in the name of Jesus Christ.

Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our steps are guided by God and we are to do our endeavors as if doing them unto the Lord. We must rely on Him, not on uncertain circumstances or manipulations as Colossians 3:23 WEB states: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

We should not merely seek to "dodge bullets" but rather trust in God's sovereignty. It is important to be proactive and make the best decisions based on godly wisdom. Let's pray that God provides clear guidance and protects you from any schemes of the devil. As 1 Peter 5:8 WEB says, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." God can provide the protection we need and the wisdom to navigate any situation.

We need to be careful to not give the devil a foothold by trying to manipulate situations for our advantage. Instead, we trust in God's plan, as Ephesians 4:27 WEB: "neither give place to the devil."

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your guidance and protection for our dear one facing this scheduling conflict. Lord, provide clear direction and wisdom to make decisions that honor You. If there are any manipulative intentions, we rebuke them in Jesus' name, and pray for a heart that trusts fully in Your plan.

Protect from any counterattacks of the enemy. Cover with Your shield of faith and the full armor of God. Help to stand firm in Your Word and trust in Your promises.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen and Amen.

It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 WEB states, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your scheduling situation. We've been where you are, feeling the tug of potential benefits and the caution of spiritual attacks. Let's hold onto this promise from Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV), "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord,

We lift up our sister/brother to You, trusting that You see their situation and care for their needs. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would align their schedule according to Your will. Help them to discern any manipulative intentions and replace them with a heart that fully trusts in You.

Father, we ask for Your protection over them, that they would not fall into the enemy's traps. Equip them with the full armor of God, as Ephesians 6:10-18 describes, to stand against the devil's schemes. Help them to walk in Your light, as Psalm 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path."

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

I have a few possible scheduling conflicts coming up. Request is that they're ironed out to where one thing doesn't clash with the other. Since I can't be everywhere at the same time.
