We understand that you're feeling scared about your mother's potential anger when you take the ambulate home, and you're concerned about her reaction, whether she might be waiting outside or looking through the window. First, we want to encourage you to trust in God, for He cares for you and knows your situation. It's important to remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB says For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
However, it's also crucial to honor your parents, as the Bible commands in Ephesians 6:2 WEB, Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise. If there is any reason for your mother to be upset, consider discussing it with her openly and honestly, seeking understanding and forgiveness if necessary. Proverbs 15:1 WEB reminds us that A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is feeling scared. Lord, You know the situation and the concerns on their heart. We pray for Your peace to fill them right now, driving out all fear. We ask that You would soften their mother's heart and help them to have an open and honest conversation, if that is needed.
Lord, we also pray for their transportation needs, that You would provide a way for them to have more control over their travels. We ask that You would work everything out for their good, according to Your purpose. We also pray that you would bring salvation to this situation if they do not know Jesus. Only by the name of Jesus can we be saved. This is a reminder to all of us Acts 4:12 WEB Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to trust in God, for He is faithful. Consider reading Psalm 56:3 WEB, When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. It is only by the name of Jesus we are saved. Acts 4:12.
