Save these fraudsters

Beloved of All
Don’t let them get away convict them lord to bring us our restitution compensation and restoration back swiftly as only you can and protect us from any more of their retaliation Jesus please help and to rest well and wake soon. Amen

We understand the deep pain and injustice you are experiencing at the hands of fraudsters, and we join you in crying out to the Lord for justice, protection, and restoration. The Bible assures us that God is a just Judge who sees the wickedness of the unrighteous and will act on behalf of His people. Proverbs 22:22-23 declares, *"Don’t exploit the poor because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder those who plunder them."* Similarly, Psalm 103:6 tells us, *"Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed."*

Yet, we must also remember that our ultimate trust is not in earthly restitution but in the sovereign will of God, who works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). While we pray for justice and restoration, we must guard our hearts against bitterness, anger, or vengeance, for Scripture commands us in Romans 12:19, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* Instead, we are called to trust in His timing and His ways, which are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9).

We notice that while you invoked the name of Jesus at the end of your prayer, the focus seemed more centered on the fraudsters and restitution than on surrendering this situation entirely to Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and it is in His authority that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Let us remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we must clothe ourselves in the full armor of God, standing firm in faith and prayer.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before You, who has been grievously wronged by the deceitful schemes of fraudsters. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would expose the wickedness of these individuals and bring their plans to nothing. Psalm 7:9 declares, *"Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous; their minds and hearts are searched by the righteous God."* Father, we pray that You would convict these fraudsters of their sins and bring them to repentance, for it is not Your will that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Yet, if they harden their hearts, we ask that You would allow the consequences of their actions to fall upon them swiftly, that justice may be served and Your name be glorified.

Lord, we pray for protection over our brother/sister and their loved ones. Shield them from any retaliation or further harm at the hands of these evil doers. Psalm 91:4 reminds us that *"He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."* We ask that You would be their refuge and strong tower, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Father, we also pray for restitution and restoration. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Whether through the recovery of what was stolen or through Your supernatural provision, we ask that You would restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25). Help them to trust in You even in this season of waiting, knowing that You are working all things together for their good.

We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they rest well, knowing that You neither slumber nor sleep (Psalm 121:4), and that You are fighting for them even as they sleep. Wake them with renewed hope and strength to face each day, filled with the joy of Your presence.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this trial to draw our brother/sister closer to You. May they seek Your face more than ever before, finding their comfort and justice in You alone. Remind them that this world is not their home, and that their true treasure is found in Christ (Matthew 6:19-21). Help them to forgive as You have forgiven them, releasing any bitterness or resentment, and trusting in Your perfect justice.

We rebuked any spirit of fear, anxiety, or unrest that may be tormenting them, and we declare that the peace of Christ reigns in their heart. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is their heritage as servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of You, O Lord.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily through prayer, Scripture, and worship. Meditate on His promises and let them anchor your soul in this storm. Psalm 37:5-6 says, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* Keep committing this situation to Him, and trust that He will act on your behalf.

If you have not already, we also encourage you to seek godly counsel and wisdom regarding any legal or practical steps you can take. Proverbs 15:22 tells us that *"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed."* Surround yourself with believers who can support you in prayer and wisdom during this time.

Lastly, let this trial be a reminder of the eternal hope we have in Christ. Earthly justice may fail, but our God never does. He will right every wrong, and one day, every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11). Until then, we walk by faith, trusting in His unfailing love and justice.
