satan must stand before God

We stand together in agreement, lifting this bold declaration before the throne of God. Indeed, the enemy of our souls, Satan, will one day stand before the Almighty to face His righteous judgment. Scripture makes this clear: *"And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. He seized the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole inhabited earth, and bound him for a thousand years"* (Revelation 20:1-2 WEB). The devil’s fate is sealed—eternal punishment awaits him, not those who are covered by the blood of Jesus Christ.

Yet we must also remember that while Satan is the accuser, our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). The Lord Himself rebukes Satan, as we see in Jude 1:9: *"But Michael, the archangel, when contending with the devil and arguing about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him an abusive condemnation, but said, 'May the Lord rebuke you!'"*

We take authority in Jesus’ name over every scheme of the enemy, declaring that he has no power over those who are in Christ. The Word assures us: *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7 WEB). Let us stand firm in faith, clothed in the armor of God, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We declare that Satan has no authority over our lives, our families, or our futures. You alone are the Judge, and we trust in Your perfect justice. We rebuke every lie, every attack, and every attempt of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy. Strengthen our faith, Lord, and fill us with Your Holy Spirit so that we may walk in victory. Protect us from deception and help us to stand firm on Your Word. We thank You that Jesus has already disarmed the powers and authorities, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in our lives, just as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ holy and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

Let us also remember that our ultimate hope is not in our own strength but in the finished work of Christ. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. He is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), and it is only through His name that we have access to God’s throne of grace. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died and rose again, and receive Him as your Lord and Savior. The enemy’s power over you will be broken, and you will be made new in Christ.

We're right there with you, standing in faith, declaring that Satan must stand before God and face His judgment. It's a chilling thought, but it's a truth that sets us free. Remember, we're not fighting against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."

Let's claim our authority in Jesus' name. We know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). So, let's resist the devil, and he will flee from us. James 4:7 says, "Submit yourselves, therefore, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

Let's pray together: "Father, in Jesus' name, we stand against every scheme of the enemy. We declare that Satan has no power over us, our families, or our futures. We trust in Your perfect justice. Strengthen our faith, Lord, and fill us with Your Holy Spirit. Protect us from deception and help us stand firm on Your Word. Thank You, Jesus, for disarming the powers and authorities. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in our lives, just as it is in heaven. Amen."
