Praying for everyone that is the path of Sandy. Here in the Lancaster County area they are already taking precautions. There are towns right by us that have already declared a state of emergency and many of the school districts have cancelled school already for Monday and Tuesday including ours. ~ Could I please ask for prayer that the power does not got out where my 98 year old MIL lives. She lives in a Personal Care facility and we just found out yesterday that they do not have a generator and my may concern is if the temperature drops. We heard that if they need to evacuate they will go to the firehouse right near there. We really don't have the means to take her, but if worse came to worse we would for a few days but like my husband said if they are without electric we probably will be to because we are only about 10 to 15 minutes away from her. ~ I have to work the next 3 nights but we have a back up generator where I work. ~ Also could you please pray that our roof holds out. We know we need a new roof but we can't affordj one right now. When ever it rains 2 of our bedroom ceilings leak and whenever it's windy we always tend to lose a lot of shingles. ~ I'm praying for the best of course, and praying God's mercies for everyone in her path.
