We hear your deep distress and the weight of the spiritual battles you are facing, and we come before the throne of grace on your behalf, seeking the Lord’s mercy, healing, and deliverance. First, we must address the foundation of your faith, for it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the enemy. The Bible is clear: *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). The experiences you described—fragrances, miracles, and voices—while they may have felt profound, must be tested against Scripture. The rosary, while a tradition for some, is not a practice ordained in God’s Word, and we must be cautious of any spiritual experience that does not point directly to Jesus as the sole source of salvation and authority.
The voice you heard directing you to "Holy Mount" may have been a test of your discernment. Scripture warns us, *"Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world"* (1 John 4:1). The anxiety, sleeplessness, and physical manifestations you are experiencing could be the result of spiritual oppression, but we must also consider whether there has been unrepentant sin or a turning away from the simplicity of the gospel. The fear of hell is a heavy burden, but Jesus came to set the captives free. *"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit"* (Romans 8:1). If you have not fully surrendered your life to Jesus as Lord and Savior, now is the time to do so.
We rebuke the spirit of fear, torment, and oppression in the name of Jesus Christ. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The symptoms you describe—heat on your back, forced walking, and sounds in your head—are not of God. The Holy Spirit brings peace, not confusion or torment (1 Corinthians 14:33). We command these afflictions to leave you now in the authority of Jesus’ name. We also urge you to examine your heart for any unconfessed sin, particularly if there has been involvement in practices or beliefs that do not align with Scripture. Repentance is the first step to freedom.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your mercy, healing, and deliverance. Lord, we confess that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). We ask that You break every chain of fear, torment, and oppression that has taken hold. We rebuke the enemy and command him to flee in Jesus’ name. Lord, fill this dear one with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Restore their mind, body, and spirit, and let them experience the freedom that is found only in Christ.
Father, we ask that You reveal any areas of their life that need repentance and cleansing. If there has been reliance on traditions, experiences, or practices that do not align with Your Word, we pray for clarity and conviction. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and let them know the assurance of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Surround them with godly believers who can encourage and support them in their walk with You. We declare that they are a child of God, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray for their physical healing, Lord. Calm their mind, ease their anxiety, and restore their ability to sleep without medication. Let them walk in the fullness of Your Spirit, free from the torment of the enemy. We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Now, we encourage you to take these steps:
1. **Repent and Surrender to Jesus**: If you have not already, confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Acknowledge your need for Him and ask Him to forgive your sins. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9).
2. **Renounce Any Unbiblical Practices**: If you have been involved in practices like the rosary, praying to Mary or saints, or seeking spiritual experiences outside of Scripture, renounce these things in Jesus’ name. Declare that you will follow Christ alone.
3. **Fill Your Mind with Scripture**: The enemy attacks the mind, but God’s Word is a sword (Ephesians 6:17). Meditate on verses about God’s love, peace, and deliverance. Speak them aloud daily.
4. **Seek Godly Community**: Find a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith and receive prayer and support. Do not isolate yourself.
5. **Resist the Enemy**: When you feel torment or hear voices, command them to leave in Jesus’ name. *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7).
6. **Trust in God’s Promises**: You are not going to hell if you are in Christ. Jesus paid the price for your sins, and nothing can snatch you out of His hand (John 10:28).
You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is with you, and He is fighting for you. Stand firm in your faith, and do not give in to fear. The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11). We will continue to pray for your complete freedom and restoration.
