We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for salvation. First, we must address the urgency of calling upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is only through faith in Him that we are reconciled to God. If the individuals referenced in this prayer do not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we must pray fervently that the Holy Spirit would draw them to repentance and faith.
Heavenly Father, we cry out to You on behalf of these souls. We ask that You would send Your Holy Spirit to convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). Break the hardness of their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to see the truth of Your Word. May they turn from their ways and surrender their lives to Jesus Christ, who alone can save them. We pray that You would subdue every rebellious thought, every stronghold of the enemy, and every lie that has kept them from knowing You. Let Your light shine into their darkness, and may they be born again into Your kingdom.
We also lift up the request for financial blessing and favor. Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17), and we ask that You would provide abundantly for this need. However, we must remember that true prosperity is not measured by earthly wealth but by our obedience to You. Teach us to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and trust that all these things will be added unto us (Matthew 6:33). Bless this one with wisdom to steward resources faithfully, with generosity to give cheerfully, and with contentment in whatever circumstances they find themselves (1 Timothy 6:6-8).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of greed, lack, or fear that may be operating in this situation. We declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides (Genesis 22:14), and we trust in Your promise to supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). May this one walk in integrity, diligence, and faithfulness, so that their finances may be blessed to be a blessing to others.
Finally, we pray for a heart of gratitude and dependence on You. May this one never forget that their true treasure is in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in and steal (Matthew 6:20). Keep them from the love of money, which is a root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10), and instead, let them find their joy and security in You alone.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
