We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your loved one's salvation. We are reminded of God's promise in Psalm 3:8, "Salvation belongs to Yahweh. Your blessing be on your people. Selah."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your redemption and the gift of salvation. We lift up the one who is dear to us, and we plead for Your mercy and grace to be poured out upon him.
Father, we ask that You draw him and his children to Yourself, that they may know the truth and be saved. We pray that You would remove any barriers that separate his mind and heart from embracing the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Tear down the veil that blinds him, so that he may see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. Lord, we ask that he would surrender his life to You, receive forgiveness, and invite You to be the Lord of his life.
We stand on Your promise in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We know that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You, Father, and it is in His name that we pray for this dear one's salvation.
We also remember Your word in 2 Peter 3:9, "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." We trust in Your patience and goodness, Father, and we ask that You would work in his heart and draw him to repentance.
We thank You and praise You in Jesus' name, for we know that You are faithful to answer our prayers according to Your will. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one, as we stand together in prayer, trusting that God is working in the hearts of your loved ones. Continue to intercede for them, and may God's peace and comfort be with you as you wait on Him.
