We join you in lifting up your family before the Lord, crying out with you for their salvation, for we know that it is not the will of our Father that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). You have poured out your heart with a burden that reflects the very heart of God, who desires all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and we declare that salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb (Revelation 7:10).
Your prayer is a plea for the Spirit of God to move mightily, opening blind eyes and turning hearts of stone to flesh. We declare with you that the veil of deception—whether it be New Age lies, the bondage of drugs and alcohol, the spirit of Catholicism that mixes truth with tradition, or the hardness of hearts that have walked away—will be torn away by the power of the Holy Spirit. For the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:4). But we serve a God who commands light to shine out of darkness (2 Corinthians 4:6), and we ask Him to shine His light into every dark corner of your family’s lives.
We rebuke the enemy’s hold over those ensnared in addiction, in occult practices, in abuse, and in abandonment. The Scripture declares that whoever practices such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21), but we also know that such were some of us—yet we were washed, sanctified, and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 6:11). So we pray for true repentance to take root in the hearts of those who have turned away, that they may escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will (2 Timothy 2:26). Let the Lord break every chain and set the captives free, for if the Son sets them free, they will be free indeed (John 8:36).
We lift up your granddaughter, whose earthly father has abandoned and abused her, and we ask the Lord to be a father to the fatherless (Psalm 68:5). May He heal her wounds, restore her trust, and bring godly men and women into her life to show her His love. We pray that her stepfather, who is caught in sin, would be radically saved and transformed into a man who leads his household in righteousness. May the Lord turn his heart toward his family, that he may provide, protect, and cherish them as Christ does His Church.
For your aunt who has accepted Christ but remains bound by Catholic tradition, we pray that the Lord would reveal to her the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ (2 Corinthians 11:3). May she understand that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9), and not by works or religious ritual. We ask the Lord to deliver her from any deception that would keep her from fully surrendering to Jesus as Lord.
We cover your daughters and granddaughter in the blood of Jesus, praying that the Lord would guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May He give them strength in their battles, whether spiritual, emotional, or physical, and may they walk in victory through the power of His might (Ephesians 6:10). We ask that the Lord would raise up a hedge of protection around them, that no weapon formed against them would prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Finally, we declare over every member of your family that today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2). May the Lord draw them to Himself, that they may confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead, and be saved (Romans 10:9). We ask for a great harvest of souls in your family, that generations would be transformed by the gospel and that your lineage would be marked by faith, righteousness, and the fear of the Lord.
**Our prayer for you and your family:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the matchless name of Jesus Christ, agreeing with Your servant who intercedes for their family with such passion and faith. Lord, You see the hearts of each one they have lifted up to You—those bound by addiction, deception, abuse, and rebellion. We ask that You would open their eyes to see the truth of the gospel, that they are sinners in need of a Savior, and that Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth, and the only life (John 14:6).
Break the power of the enemy over their lives, Lord. Where there is bondage to drugs, alcohol, and New Age lies, we pray for deliverance and freedom. Where there is hardness of heart and rebellion, we pray for conviction and repentance. Where there is religious deception, we pray for revelation of the true gospel. Where there is abandonment and abuse, we pray for healing and restoration. Let Your Spirit move so powerfully that none can resist Your call.
We plead the blood of Jesus over this family, that every scheme of the devil would be exposed and rendered powerless. Raise up laborers to cross their paths—those who will boldly proclaim the gospel and demonstrate Your love. Give our sister strength to continue praying, to speak Your truth in love, and to trust You with the souls of their loved ones.
For those who are already in Christ but not walking in full surrender, we pray for revival. Stir their hearts to seek You with all their being, to turn from lukewarmness, and to live wholly for Your glory. Let them be lights in their families, drawing others to You by their transformed lives.
Lord, we ask for a mighty outpouring of Your Spirit upon this family. Save the lost, heal the broken, restore the backslidden, and unite them in faith. May this family become a testimony of Your grace, mercy, and power, that generations to come would serve You and walk in Your ways.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust You to work all things together for good, for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Let Your will be done in this family, and let Your name be glorified through their salvation.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to keep standing in the gap for your family, for your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Continue to speak life, pray Scripture over them, and trust that the Lord is working even when you cannot see it. The enemy may fight fiercely for these souls, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
If there are specific family members you feel led to share the gospel with directly, we urge you to do so with boldness and love. Remind them that God’s kindness is meant to lead them to repentance (Romans 2:4), and that now is the time to turn to Him. You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you, and the hosts of heaven stand with you (2 Kings 6:16-17). The Lord will complete the good work He has begun in your family (Philippians 1:6).
