Recently, I met a man who is everything I ever wanted and never dared to ask God for, except right now he is still not saved.
To be more specific, he believes in God, and confesses Jesus, but is not walking a life of repentance. He is buying the lie that you can do whatever you want and still 'go to heaven'. The Word says unless there is repentance, one cannot enter the kingdom of heaven. There is woundedness and pride and sexual immorality in his way. And he samples from Buddhism as well. Basically, he is still the god of his own life. These things are hindering him from becoming the extraordinary man of God I know he really is! There is a huge calling on his life., but the enemy has him believing the lie of the teachings of Balaam.
We have not had any contact for a month and a half. I have prayed and fasted for God to take this man off my heart and remove this burden for him if he is not the one, but it isn't happening. I believe he is in the Lamb's book of life from eternity, it's just that in our temporal timeline, he hasn't come to the cross yet.
It would really bless me if you could get everyone you know to lift this man up in prayer. His name is Bob Nelson. I believe there will be a time when, after he is delivered, God will bring us back together like Moses was brought back to his mother after she released him in the river. She held on to him until if she did so any longer, one or both of them would die. She trusted God, and Moses was restored to her.
It is a miracle I am asking for, but I know He can do it. Love hopes all things, believes all things.... I am daring to hope. Please, as many people as you all can get to pray- this is a hard case. I got saved at Rez in February of 2004, and it t took a whole church- everyone present there that Saturday night- to pray me in. I need to raise an army of warriors to pray him in!
