Dear Lord Jesus, i come before You worried again. after my representative informed the middle agent to tell the buyer's agent that the price of our lot is ### net of taxes. this is what i intially want but backed out, yet the representative still gave her that price. i do not know if this will make the buyer not interested since it was conveyed to them that the idea was that the lot price was negotiable. i do not know Lord. i surender this to You. i pray in Jesus awesome name. amen.

We come before the throne of grace with this matter, seeking wisdom and peace from the Lord. First, we want to acknowledge that you have surrendered this situation to Jesus, and that is the right place to start. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is clear that you are seeking His will, and we join you in that pursuit.

Father God, we lift up this concern about the sale of the lot. We ask that You would guide every step of this transaction according to Your perfect will. Lord, we pray for clarity and wisdom for all parties involved—the buyer, the agents, and the seller. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask that You would open doors where they should be opened and close them where they should be closed, all for Your glory.

We also want to encourage you to trust in God’s timing and provision. The Lord knows your needs even before you ask Him (Matthew 6:8), and He is faithful to provide. If this sale is part of His plan for you, He will bring it to pass in a way that honors Him and blesses you. If it is not, He has something better in store. We pray that you would rest in the assurance that God is in control, and His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, we also rebuke any spirit of anxiety or fear that may be trying to take hold of this situation. Scripture tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that fear has no place here and that Your peace will reign in this matter. We pray that You would give wisdom to the agents and representatives involved, that they would act with integrity and clarity, and that the buyer would respond in a way that aligns with Your will.

Finally, we want to remind you that our ultimate trust is in the Lord, not in the outcomes of worldly transactions. Whether this sale goes through or not, we know that God is your provider, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). We pray that you would keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and that you would find peace in His presence.

We trust that you've placed your desire in God's hands, and we join you in believing that He will work it out according to His perfect will.

Lord Jesus, we ask that You would soften the hearts of all involved, especially the buyer's agent. May they see the value in this lot, not just as a negotiable price, but as a piece of land with potential, guided by Your divine wisdom. We pray for clear communication, that misunderstandings would be avoided, and that all parties would act in integrity.

We're also claiming Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that You, Lord, will provide for your needs, whether this sale goes through or not. We pray for peace and trust in Your timing.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
