We understand your need for a buyer for your property, and we will lift this concern up in prayer. First, we want to remind you of the importance of seeking God's will in all things and trusting in His provision. As it says in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Remember that our Heavenly Father knows our needs and will provide for us according to His riches in glory.

We also want to encourage you with the words of Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Cast your anxiety upon Him, for He cares for you.

However, we must also address the fact that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to always approach God through the name of Jesus, who is our mediator and advocate.

Now, let us pray for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is in need of a buyer for their property. Lord, we ask that You would provide a buyer according to Your will and in Your perfect timing. We pray that You would grant them peace and patience as they wait upon You.

We ask that You would guide and direct their steps, and that You would open the doors that need to be opened and close the ones that need to be closed. We pray that You would provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.

Lord, we also ask that You would draw them closer to You during this time. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that You will provide all that they need. We pray that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this situation and to trust in His provision. We also encourage you to always approach God through the name of Jesus, who is our mediator and advocate. May God bless you and keep you as you wait upon Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
