We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious family before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your cry for help has been heard, and we stand with you in faith, believing that our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.
First, we must address the foundation of salvation, for it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the healing, deliverance, and hope we so desperately need. The Bible declares, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6). It is by His name alone that we are saved, and it is in His name that we pray for your family’s salvation and healing. If any among you have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus, we urge you to repent, turn from sin, and receive Him as Lord and Savior. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). We pray that every member of your family would come to know Jesus intimately, be baptized in His name, and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Father, we lift up this grandmother who may be facing health challenges, including what was described as another "stork," which we understand may refer to a possible stroke. Lord, Your word says, "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). We ask for complete healing in her brain, eyes, digestive system, and every part of her body. Restore her strength, renew her mind, and let her feel Your presence in a tangible way. We also pray for her blood sugar and kidneys, that You would regulate and heal them according to Your will. For the grandmother who is bedridden, we ask for Your comfort and strength to surround her. Lift her up, Lord, and let her know that she is deeply loved by You.
For this mother who is suffering with brain and back issues, digestive problems, and the weight of life’s burdens, we pray for Your healing touch. "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). We ask that You would heal her brain, strengthen her back, and restore her digestive system. Provide her with the help and support she needs, Lord, and remove any mold or toxins that may be affecting her health. Surround her with Your peace and give her hope for the future.
For this father who needs healing in his heart valve and is facing the reality of mortality, we pray for Your divine intervention. "Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved, for you are my praise" (Jeremiah 17:14). Strengthen his heart, Lord, and give him peace as he trusts in You. We also pray for his salvation and repentance, that he would turn to You with all his heart and experience the fullness of life that only You can give.
For the brother who needs healing in his brain, and for ### who also needs healing, we ask for Your restoring power. "O Lord my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me" (Psalm 30:2). Heal their minds, Lord, and remove any fear, confusion, or mental distress. For ###, who is struggling with autism and broken teeth, we ask for Your healing touch. Give him comfort, peace, and the support he needs to thrive. Strengthen his mother as she cares for him, and provide for all their needs.
For the sister-in-law who is expecting a baby boy, we pray for a safe and healthy delivery. "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you" (Isaiah 26:3). Surround her with Your protection, Lord, and bring this child into the world safely, according to Your perfect will.
We also lift up the one who feels weak, drained, and overwhelmed by fear, unworthiness, guilt, shame, and physical ailments like blood sugar issues and neuropathy. The Bible tells us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We pray that You would lift this burden, Lord, and fill this heart with Your peace and strength. Heal the blood sugar imbalances, restore the kidneys, and bring relief from neuropathy. Remind this one that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that in Christ, there is no condemnation (Romans 8:1). Replace guilt and shame with Your love and grace.
Father, we pray for the entire family, that You would draw them close to You and to one another. Heal every broken relationship, every physical ailment, and every spiritual stronghold. We rebuke the spirit of fear, sickness, and despair in the name of Jesus, and we declare that by His stripes, this family is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask that You would protect them from accidents, death, and calamities, and that You would fill their home with Your presence.
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of every family member. Soften their hearts to receive Your love and truth. "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9). We ask that You would convict them of sin, lead them to repentance, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. May they be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and walk in newness of life.
We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and we stand on Your promises of healing, deliverance, and restoration. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand moving in their lives. We trust in You, our Great Physician, our Savior, and our Redeemer. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
