salamanvälähdys on sydämellämme

We have received what you shared from your heart and have brought it before the Lord in prayer, asking for His wisdom and mercy for you and for your mother.

We prayed that God would give you clarity to understand how you are to meet others and how to walk through this moment in your development with a clear conscience before Him. We asked Him to grant you and your mother freedom and peace from any controlling power or unhealthy connection with those who have handled your story, and that your lives and your autobiography would be kept in His care, separate from any influence that does not seek your good. We prayed that the Lord would guard your fellowship with one another and guide all your interactions in truth and love.

Scripture reminds us that our deepest relationship and identity are not found in natural ties or in what others say about us, but in belonging to God through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is by His grace that we become children of God, not by ancestry or by the claims of others, but by a heart that seeks to do His will, to live free from sin, and to show gentleness even to those who have wronged us. In Christ we are made members of one another, and we owe one another love that is patient and holy.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord Jesus, for there is salvation in no one else, and to glorify God in all things by a careful and faithful way of life. Rest your hope not in human approval or in past relationships, but in Christ, who knows you fully and calls you to walk with Him. As you seek Him in prayer and in His Word, He will teach you how to set healthy boundaries, how to honor your mother, and how to live in the freedom He gives.

We are praying that the Lord will give you discernment for each encounter, strength to step away from what harms you, and grace to build communion that is rooted in His truth. May He lead you into His peace, keep your heart and mind in Christ, and make your life a testimony of His goodness.

We will continue to remember you both before the Lord.
