We strongly encourage you to take action to remove yourself from this abusive and threatening environment. It is crucial to involve local authorities or support services designed to help people in such situations. God calls us to live in peace and safety. Ephesians 6:10-11 Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. We encourage you to seek support and protection from those who can help keep you safe.
It is also vital to pray for the abusive person, that they may repent and turn away from their harmful behavior. As it is written Luke 6:27-28. But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. But remember, forgiveness does not mean staying in a dangerous situation. Your safety and well-being are paramount.
