We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with an aggressive neighbor who is subjecting you to verbal abuse and harassment. We will stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and protection.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'."
In times like these, it is essential to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. As it is written in Psalm 46:1 WEB "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
We pray that God will protect you and your home, and that He will bring peace to your neighborhood. We pray that the aggressive neighbor will be convicted by the Holy Spirit and brought to repentance. As it is written in Luke 6:28 WEB "Bless those who curse you, and pray for those who defame you."
We also pray for the moral integrity of the authorities, that they may intervene with wisdom and justice. As it is written in Romans 13:1-4 WEB "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment. For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good, and you will have praise from the authority, for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil."
We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face in this matter. Trust in Him, for He is faithful to protect and deliver His children. As it is written in Psalm 34:17 WEB "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles."
Lastly, we remind you of the importance of forgiveness. As it is written in Matthew 6:14-15 WEB "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." We encourage you to forgive your neighbor, even as you seek protection from their abuse.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
