We are truly sorry to hear about the situation you're facing with an aggressive neighbor. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's intervention and protection. We also pray that you have called Jesus Christ your savior. It is only by His name that we can pray to God and it is only by His name we are saved. If you have not acknowledged Jesus Christ as your savior, please do so today.
Let us first address the issue of the aggressive neighbor. The Bible tells us that "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." (Proverbs 15:1 WEB). We pray that God will give you the wisdom and grace to respond to this situation with love and kindness, not retaliation. Remember, Jesus said, "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44 WEB).
We also pray for the moral integrity of the authorities in your area, that God would guide them and give them the wisdom and courage to intervene appropriately. "For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are ordained by God." (Romans 13:1 WEB). We pray that they would act with justice and fairness, upholding the law and maintaining peace.
Most importantly, we pray for your safety and peace of mind. "You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because they trust in you." (Isaiah 26:3 WEB). We pray that God will surround your home with His angels and provide a hedge of protection around you and your loved ones.
Finally, we encourage you to continue to seek God's will in this situation. Trust in Him, for He is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). He is your refuge and your fortress, and He will deliver you from the wicked. (Psalm 17:13 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing harassment and verbal abuse from their neighbor. We ask, Lord, that You would intervene and bring an end to this situation. We pray for the moral integrity of the authorities, that they would act with justice and wisdom. We also pray for safety and peace for our brother/sister and their loved ones. Surround their home with Your angels, Lord, and provide a hedge of protection around them. Give them the wisdom and grace to respond with love and kindness, and the strength to trust in You.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
