We are truly sorry to hear about the situation you are facing with an aggressive neighbor. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's intervention in this matter.
Firstly, we are thankful that you have submitted this request in Jesus' name, for it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As the scripture says, "in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB)
We strongly rebuke the spirit of aggression and harassment that is manifesting through your neighbor. The Bible tells us that "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." (Proverbs 15:1 WEB) and that "If anyone thinks himself to be religious while he doesn't bridle his tongue, but deceives his heart, this man's religion is worthless." (James 1:26 WEB) We pray that the Lord will touch your neighbor's heart and bring conviction upon his life, leading him to repentance and a changed behavior. We pray for a hedge of protection around your home and your family, that the Lord will guard you from all harm and danger. "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" (Psalm 91:1-2 WEB)
Regarding the involvement of authorities, we pray that God will grant them wisdom, integrity, and courage to intervene in this situation appropriately. The Bible tells us that "Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God." (Romans 13:1 NLT) We ask that the Lord will guide them and give them a spirit of compassion and justice, so that they may be instruments of peace and protection in this situation.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith, trusting that the Lord will bring about a resolution to this situation. Remember that "The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective." (James 5:16 WEB) and that your prayers are not going unheard. We stand with you in this time, believing that the Lord will bring peace and safety to your home.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
