We are truly sorry to hear about the threatening situation you are facing with your neighbor. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's intervention and protection.
Firstly, we are glad to see and are encouraged you have mentioned Jesus Christ. This is so important. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to God the Father in prayer. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6 WEB)
Also, remember what the word of God says, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
When we go through difficult times we can know with confidence that God is with us and will never forsake us. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB)
But we also know that God has not given us a spirit of fear. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB)

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ lifting up this dear one to You. Lord, You see the aggression and threats they are facing, and You care about their situation. We ask, Lord, that You intervene and bring peace and protection. Surround their home with Your angels and keep them safe from all harm and danger. Guide them to take wise and safe actions, and bring resolution to this challenging situation. Help them to trust in You and not be afraid, knowing that You are always with them. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
Also, we strongly advise you to document every interaction and report this to your local authorities. God uses those in authority to protect us as well, For there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. (Romans 13:1 WEB) Seek their help and guidance in this matter.
Trust that God will work in this situation and bring peace and resolution. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and remember that He is always with you.
