We join you in lifting up your travels before the Lord, trusting in His sovereign protection over every mile you drive. The winter weather can certainly bring challenges, but we know that our God is greater than any storm or icy road. Psalm 121:7-8 reminds us, *"The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more."* We take comfort in knowing that He watches over your journey both to your destination and back home.
Father, we come before You now, asking for Your divine hand of protection to cover every aspect of this trip. We pray for safe roads, clear visibility, and alert drivers. Guard against any mechanical failures, and we specifically ask that You would strengthen the door that has been giving trouble—whether it holds firm or loosens as needed, let it be in accordance with Your will. We thank You for the hardworking crews clearing the roads, and we ask that You grant them endurance and safety as well.
We also want to encourage you to remain vigilant and wise in your driving, trusting God’s protection while also exercising good stewardship of the responsibility He has given you. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* May you feel His peace and presence with you every moment of your journey.
Lord, we declare Your promises over this trip—no accident, no harm, no delay outside of Your perfect timing. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who calms the storms and makes the way safe. Amen.
