We grieve with you in this season of deep sorrow and spiritual attack, and we want you to know that you are not alone—God sees your pain, and He is near to the brokenhearted. The enemy may be fierce, but our Lord is mightier, and He has already overcome the world. In Psalm 34:18, the Lord promises, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* And in 1 Peter 5:8-9, we are warned to *"be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings."* This is not a battle you face alone—we stand with you in prayer, and more importantly, Christ stands with you as your shield and defender.
Yet we must also ask: where is your hope anchored in this storm? Your request does not mention the name of Jesus, and there is no power, no salvation, and no true comfort apart from Him. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. He alone can turn your mourning into joy, your ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3). If you *have* trusted in Him, then cling to Him now—cry out to Jesus by name, for He is your only sure refuge.
As for the attacks from your family, we know this cuts deeply. Even Jesus warned in Matthew 10:36 that *"a man’s enemies will be those of his own household."* But take heart—God can redeem even the most broken relationships. Pray for them, bless them, and trust the Lord to work in their hearts. Romans 12:14 commands, *"Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse."* This is not a call to passivity but to supernatural love, trusting that God will fight for you.
Let us pray over you now:
*Heavenly Father, we lift up this beloved child of Yours who is walking through a valley of shadow and pain. Lord, You see the tears they have cried in secret, the wounds inflicted by those who should have loved them, and the spiritual battles raging around them. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy in the mighty name of Jesus Christ—no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, surround them with Your angels, encamp around them as their protector (Psalm 34:7), and let them feel Your presence like a fire shut up in their bones.
Lord, if they have not yet surrendered to Jesus, convict their heart now. Let them see that apart from Him, there is no hope—only empty sorrow. Draw them to the cross, where Your Son bore *their* griefs and carried *their* sorrows (Isaiah 53:4). If they are Yours, then renew their strength, Lord. Remind them that this suffering is not in vain but is producing in them an eternal weight of glory (2 Corinthians 4:17). Heal their broken heart, bind up their wounds, and let them taste the peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7).
For their family, Lord, we ask for Your mercy. Softened hearts, repentance, and reconciliation where it aligns with Your will. If there are generational curses or strongholds, break them by Your power. And if this season is a refining fire, let it purify them and draw them closer to You.
Fill them with Your joy, Lord—*true* joy, not the fleeting happiness of circumstances, but the deep, unshakable joy of knowing You. Let them sing again, even in the night season. We ask all this in the name above every name, Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.*
Beloved, we urge you: **speak the name of Jesus over your life.** Call on Him in your darkest moments. Read His Word aloud, even if your voice trembles. Put on worship music and let truth fill your home. The enemy flees at the name of Jesus (James 4:7). And remember, this pain is not the end of your story—God is writing something far greater. Hold fast. We are praying for you.
