Shalom; yes while Yashaya commanded us to take the bread and the wine in rememberance of Him and my spiritual life has vastly improved since taking Communion every day as though it is medicine lol as my Bible study teacher taught us - I believe prayer praise and bringing Him the honour He deserves through our whole dedicated lives also brings communion.
