We can also reflect on whether there are spiritual lessons here—perhaps patience, trust in God’s provision, or even an opportunity to show kindness in how we handle the situation.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with this concern about the rodents that have become a disturbance. Lord, You are the Creator of all things, and You have given us responsibility to care for Your creation with wisdom and compassion. We ask for Your guidance in addressing this issue in a way that honors You. Provide practical solutions—whether through wisdom in sealing entry points, humane removal, or other means—to resolve this problem without cruelty. Help us to trust in Your provision and to reflect Your heart in all we do.

We also ask that You search our hearts, Lord. If there is any frustration, anger, or lack of patience in us, convict us and fill us with Your peace and wisdom. May we always seek to align our desires with Your will, remembering that even in small things, we are to glorify You.
