Oh Ruach Ha Qodesh (Holy Spirit) I need Your help:
Unfortunately I often lose my patience and I become angry talking bad over myself and other people without any reason.
O Lord you told us that we should love You with all our heart, with all our power. We also should love our neighbours as we love ourselves, this would be the first to fulfill Your intentions. But I cannot love myself, sometimes I hate myself.
Oh Lord in another word You spoke "I am the Love" and I love you first, before you love yourself. Therefore you can love yourself and your neighbours.
Please pray with me to the Almighty Lord that I will not lose my patience so often and in that I will get the ability loving myself, my neighbours and my Lord.
