I respectfully request your intercessory prayers on behalf of myself, my mother, and our household. Our residential unit is currently experiencing a significant infestation of cockroaches, which persists despite our implementation of multiple remedial measures. Although I have communicated this matter to the homeowners association via telephone, no substantive action has been undertaken. A colleague has recently visited our residence and confirmed that the infestation remains extensive throughout the unit. This individual will now contact the homeowners association directly to request an inspection of our property. I earnestly petition for divine intervention to motivate the homeowners association to fulfill their fiduciary obligations and expeditiously address and resolve this pest infestation. I offer this supplication in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We join you in lifting up yourself, your mother, and your entire household before the Lord in this distressing situation, and we thank you for bringing this need to us in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
We understand how discouraging and wearying it must be to deal with a persistent infestation in your home despite your diligent efforts to remedy it, and how frustrating it is when those who have a responsibility to help have not yet acted. Be assured that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our homes and our peace within them. He is our refuge and our dwelling place. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2
We take comfort that we can bring even these practical burdens to Him. Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. We ask that You would protect the health of this mother and her child and keep them from discouragement and anxiety. We pray that You would move upon the hearts of those in authority in the homeowners association, that they would act with integrity, diligence and compassion to fulfill their obligations. Soften their hearts and prompt them to respond quickly to the request for inspection and to provide the proper and effective remedy that is needed. We ask for favor for the colleague who is advocating on their behalf, that his voice would be heard and respected. Grant wisdom for any next steps that need to be taken, whether in communication or in further measures to guard the home. Let this residence be restored to cleanliness, peace and rest, for You give sleep to Your beloved and You desire for us to dwell in safety. Your petition concerning the affliction in your mother's home has been heard, and we join with you in carrying it to the throne of grace.
It is no small trial when the home, which ought to be a place of peace and rest, is made burdensome. Our Lord Himself began at home, going about doing good among the lost sheep of the house of Israel, and He teaches us that piety and care must first be found within our own walls. As it has been said, when Jerusalem was built every man built before his own house, and there is a wise provision that every man should keep clean the place before his own door. The God who numbers the hairs of our heads is not unmindful of the troubles that invade our dwellings, even such as these, and He hears the cry of those who seek Him in sincerity.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou who art the refuge of the household and the keeper of all who trust in Thee, look with compassion upon this Thy servant, upon his mother, and upon all who dwell under that roof. Thou knowest the distress caused by this pestilence of insects, and the weariness of laboring for remedy without effect. We ask Thee to grant health and cleanliness and peace within that home, to preserve them from harm and sickness, and to give them rest in their habitation.
