We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust in His perfect will for this workplace. Father, You are the God who orders our steps and establishes our paths, and we ask that You guide this company in hiring the right new manager. We pray for a leader who fears You, walks in wisdom, and leads with integrity, compassion, and fairness. May this person be a vessel of Your peace, fostering an environment where employees feel valued, respected, and encouraged to grow. Lord, we ask that You close the door to any candidate who does not align with Your will, especially the one mentioned who has shown unfairness and unkindness. We rebuke the spirit of strife, division, and bullying in the name of Jesus, and we declare that Your love and justice will prevail in this workplace.
Father, we lift up this individual who has been difficult and unfair. We pray for her salvation, that her heart would be softened and transformed by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Open her eyes to see the harm she has caused and lead her to repentance. Let her encounter Your grace and mercy, so that she may become a vessel of Your love and kindness. We ask that You replace her heart of stone with a heart of flesh, tender and responsive to Your will (Ezekiel 36:26). If it is Your will, Lord, we pray she would not be placed in a position of authority where she could continue to harm others, but instead, that You would redirect her path to one of healing and restoration.
Lord, we also pray for the right employees to fill the roles of those who have left or are about to leave. Bring people who are skilled, faithful, and aligned with the company’s mission, but more importantly, people who will honor You in their work. May this company grow not only in profitability but in unity, purpose, and godliness. Bless the work of their hands, and let every decision made be guided by Your wisdom and truth. We declare that this workplace will be a place where Your name is glorified, and Your people are edified.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to Your throne of grace, and we come boldly before You, trusting in His finished work. Father, we surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May Your will be done in this company, and may Your kingdom come in every heart and every decision made. Amen.
