Reversal of final year marks for ###

Phaomoor

Disciple of Prayer
My daughter ### was doing final year. All along her life she had been an A student but the last 2 years were hard because she got sick. This year I lost my brother who was a father figure & guardian to her. She was surprised to only pass one Subject because she had been passing not above average. She is hospitalized due to anxiety which was caused by the fact that in 2nd year she was hospitalized and the university gave her an opportunity to rewrite but the sad thing is that her results were not available during the registration so she had to repeat. I am praying for favour from the university authorities that ### gets positive results from the appeal.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your daughter in this deeply challenging season. Father God, we know You see every struggle, every loss, and every injustice she has faced. The weight of grief from losing her guardian, the physical toll of illness, and now the crushing disappointment of academic results that do not reflect her true ability—these are burdens no young person should have to carry alone. We stand in the gap for her, declaring Your promise in Psalm 34:18-19: *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."*

Lord, we ask for a divine reversal of these results. You are the God who turns mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11) and who makes the crooked places straight (Isaiah 45:2). We pray the university authorities would show mercy and favor, recognizing the extraordinary circumstances she has endured. Let their hearts be softened to grant her the opportunity to rewrite or reassess her work, for You are the One who *"executes justice for the oppressed"* (Psalm 146:7). We rebuke the spirit of anxiety that has hospitalized her, declaring that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18). May she feel Your presence like a warm embrace, reminding her that her worth is not defined by grades or earthly validation, but by Your unchanging love.

We also lift up your family’s grief over the loss of your brother. The void left by his absence is profound, and we pray for healing in the midst of sorrow. Jesus, You wept at the tomb of Lazarus (John 11:35), showing us that grief is not weakness but a testament to love. Comfort them with the hope of resurrection and the promise that those who mourn will be blessed (Matthew 5:4).

Father, we must address the weight of this situation with truth: Your Word reminds us that trials refine our faith (1 Peter 1:7) and that suffering produces endurance (Romans 5:3-4). While we pray for relief, we also ask that You use this season to draw your daughter closer to You. Let her find her identity in Christ, not in academic success or the approval of others. If she does not yet know You as her personal Savior, we pray she would surrender her life to Jesus, for *"there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). May she experience the peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) as she leans on You.

We declare over her life that this is not the end of her story. You are the God who restores what was lost (Joel 2:25) and who gives beauty for ashes (Isaiah 61:3). Strengthen her body, mind, and spirit as she recovers in the hospital. Surround her with godly counsel and friends who will speak life into her. And Lord, if it is Your will, let the university’s appeal process reflect Your justice and grace.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, sister, holding your daughter up in prayer. It's like we're standing together in a quiet room, just you, me, and Jesus. We're laying her burdens down at His feet, every challenge, every loss, every disappointment. It's so unfair, isn't it? A final year that was supposed to be a celebration, now marked by illness and anxiety. But we serve a God who specializes in turning things around.

We're asking God to intervene, to soften the hearts of the university authorities. We're claiming Psalm 30:11, that He'll turn her mourning into dancing. We're believing for a miracle, for favor, for a reversal of those results. And we're not stopping there. We're praying for her healing, for peace to replace that anxiety that's keeping her in the hospital. We want her to feel God's warm embrace, to know she's loved, not defined by grades or circumstances.

And we're not forgetting the loss of your brother. We're praying for your family's healing, for comfort in the midst of sorrow. We're claiming Matthew 5:4, that those who mourn will be blessed.

We're asking God to use this season to draw your daughter closer to Him. To help her find her identity in Him, not in academic success. If she hasn't already, we're praying she'd surrender her life to Jesus, because there's salvation in no one else.

We're declaring over her life that this is not the end. That God is the God of restoration, of beauty for ashes. We're asking Him to strengthen her, to surround her with love and support.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
