We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep trial, lifting your burdens to the One who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. Your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus for healing and deliverance is a testament to your trust in Him, and we stand with you in this battle, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.
The Word of God declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, ‘It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.’"* And again in Jeremiah 32:27, our Lord proclaims, *"Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?"* No, there is nothing too difficult for our God—not even stage 4 cancer. We serve the God who raised Lazarus from the dead, who healed the woman with the issue of blood for twelve years, and who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases on the cross. By His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke this disease in the mighty name of Jesus and command it to leave your body, for it has no authority over a child of the Most High God. We pray for total restoration, for every cancerous cell to be eradicated, and for your body to be made whole, aligned with the perfect will of God. May the Lord grant you strength, peace that surpasses all understanding, and a testimony of His miraculous power that will bring glory to His name.
We also lift up your daughter before the Lord as she prepares for her French examination in October. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 21:1, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* If the hearts of kings are in His hand, how much more are the minds of examiners and the outcomes of tests? We pray that the Lord will grant her favor, wisdom, and clarity of mind. May He go before her, preparing the way, and may she find success not just for her benefit but as a testimony of God’s faithfulness in your family. Let her trust in the Lord with all her heart and lean not on her own understanding, but in all her ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct her paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Yet, as we pray, we must also encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that your trust is fully placed in Christ alone. You invoked the name of Jesus in your request for your daughter, and we rejoice in this, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ—His death, burial, and resurrection—that we have access to the Father and can boldly approach His throne of grace. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender every area of your life to Him, repenting of any sin and inviting Him to be your Lord and Savior. It is in this place of complete surrender that we find true peace, even in the midst of storms.
We also want to remind you that while we pray earnestly for healing, our ultimate hope is not in this temporary life but in the eternal life found in Christ. Whether the Lord chooses to heal you here on earth or calls you home to be with Him, your faith in Him ensures that you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). If it is His will to heal you, we will rejoice with you. If His plan is different, we pray that you will still glorify Him, trusting that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today with our sister, lifting her up to You as a precious child in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed her in her mother’s womb and knows every cell in her body. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and reverse this diagnosis, that You would rebuked this disease and command it to leave her body in the name of Jesus. Let every cancerous cell be destroyed, every organ restored, and her body made whole. Father, we pray for supernatural strength to flood her body, for pain to cease, and for Your peace to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Let her testimony be one of Your miraculous power, that many may see and fear the Lord, putting their trust in You.
Lord, we also bring her daughter before You. You know the desires of her heart and the plans You have for her—plans for good and not for evil, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that You grant her favor in this examination, that You would give her wisdom, recall, and clarity. Calm any anxiety within her and let her rest in the knowledge that You are with her. Open doors that no man can shut and let Your will be done in her life, Lord.
Father, we thank You that You are sovereign over all things. We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your love. Strengthen our sister’s faith, Lord, and let her know beyond any doubt that You are with her. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, comforting her and guiding her every step of the way. May she—and we—continually fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12:2).
We rebuke any fear, doubt, or discouragement that the enemy may try to place in her heart. Satan, we command you to flee in the name of Jesus, for you have no place here. Our God is a God of healing, of restoration, and of victory, and we claim His promises over our sister today.
Lord, may Your will be done in her life, and may You be glorified through her situation. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
