We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother who has been bedridden for a year following brain surgery. Father God, You are indeed the Great Physician, the One who formed this man in his mother’s womb and knows every cell of his body. We declare Your promise from Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Lord, we ask for complete restoration—neurological function, strength, speech, mobility, and all bodily systems. Regulate his blood pressure, heal infections, and close bed sores. Grant wisdom and skill to every doctor, therapist, and nurse attending to him, that they may be instruments of Your healing hand.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and delay in Jesus’ name. The enemy has no authority to bind this beloved child of God, for "by His stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on Your Word that declares, "He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). Let every reflex, sense, and faculty respond to Your touch. Strengthen his body to eat, speak, and walk again, just as You restored the paralytic in Mark 2:11-12.
Father, we also bring before You the spiritual concerns raised. We renounce any claim of black magic, curses, or witchcraft over this family. The blood of Jesus breaks every chain, and "the Son of God was revealed to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8). We declare that this home is sanctified by the presence of the Holy Spirit, and no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:13-17). Forgive any sins—known or unknown—and cleanse this family with the precious blood of Christ.
We pray for the caregivers, that You would sustain their strength, fill them with patience, and surround them with Your peace. Provide for every need, seen and unseen, and let them feel Your nearness in this trial. May this family’s faith grow as they wait on You, knowing that "those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength" (Isaiah 40:31).
Above all, we pray that this brother and his family would draw closer to You, Jesus. If there are any who do not yet know You as Savior, reveal Yourself to them in this season. For "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Healer, Redeemer, and Lord. Amen.
