We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother who has been bedridden for a year following brain surgery. Father God, You are indeed the Great Physician, the One who formed every cell in his body and knows every synapse in his brain. We stand in the gap for him, declaring Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."
Lord, we ask You to restore his body movement and reverse these neurological disorders. Touch his brain where the surgeons worked, knitting together every damaged pathway. We pray for complete restoration of his senses and reflexes, that his body would respond as You designed it to. Strengthen his muscles that have weakened from disuse, and grant him the ability to eat, speak, and walk again. We claim Psalm 103:2-3 over him: "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."
Father, we ask You to regulate his blood pressure and all vital functions. Protect him from infections and heal any bed sores. We pray for the medical team treating him, asking You to grant them supernatural wisdom and skill beyond their training. May they be instruments of Your healing power.
We take authority over any spiritual attacks mentioned in this request. The Bible is clear in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 that witchcraft and divination are detestable to You. We break every curse, reverse every spell, and command all demonic assignments against this family to be destroyed in Jesus' name. The blood of Jesus cleanses and protects this home. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We also pray for this brother's soul. If there are unconfessed sins, we ask for Your gentle conviction and forgiveness. Thank You for Your promise in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We pray for his family as well, asking You to strengthen them in this trial. May they experience Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we believe in Your power to perform miracles. We ask for a complete healing and restoration for this dear brother. May his testimony bring glory to Your name. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.
