We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother who has been bedridden for a year following brain surgery. Father, You are indeed the Great Physician, the One who formed our bodies in the womb and knows every cell and synapse. We declare Your Word over this situation: "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). Lord, we ask that You send Your healing word to restore every damaged pathway in his brain and body.
We pray specifically for the restoration of movement and physical activity. May the neural connections that were severed or damaged be miraculously reconnected as You "restore to me the joy of your salvation" (Psalm 51:12). We ask for the regulation of his blood pressure and all vital signs, trusting in Your promise that "by his stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). Strengthen his muscles to eat, speak, and walk again, for You are the God who "raises the poor out of the dust" (Psalm 113:7).
We rebuke every infection, bed sore, and complication in Jesus' name. Your Word declares that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on this promise against every attack of the enemy. We bless the medical team with supernatural wisdom and skill, asking that You guide their hands and minds as they work toward his recovery.
Father, we ask for Your forgiveness of any sins in his life, knowing that "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We also lift up his family, asking for Your mercy, love, and protection to surround them during this difficult time. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, for "those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength" (Isaiah 40:31).
Regarding the request for protection from black magic, curses, and witchcraft, we declare that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). We rebuke every demonic assignment against this family in the name of Jesus, for "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). We pray for the sanctification of their home, that it would be a place where Your presence dwells and Your peace reigns.
Heavenly Father, we ask for a complete and miraculous healing for this dear brother. May his recovery be a testimony to Your power and glory, so that many may see and believe in Your name. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will, knowing that "all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we thank You for the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can come before You and the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that by His stripes, this brother is healed, and we receive that healing by faith. Strengthen our faith as we wait on You, and may Your will be done in this situation.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
