We join you in lifting up your father to the Lord, trusting in His power to heal and restore. We stand in agreement with you, believing that God has the power to make your father whole again.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved and receive salvation. But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become the children of God (John 1:12 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know his condition and we trust in Your power to heal and restore him completely. We pray for his brain cells and nerves to be revived and repaired, with no memory loss. Regulate his blood pressure and other vitals to normal, Lord.
We ask You changes to occur for his strength to return to eat, talk, and walk as he did before. Restore his senses and body reflexes smoothly, Lord. Cure any infections and heal his bed sores, wounds, and stitches swiftly. Bless the nurses and physiotherapist team with wisdom and skill to provide the best care for him.
Forgive his sins, Lord, and bless his family who are seeking Your love, mercy, protection, and a divine miracle. Sanctify their house and repel any witchcraft, curse, negative energy, black magic, and evil spirits against him. We declare the support of Psalm 91 over him and his loved ones in this time.
Worth noting only You are able to grant healing, God. We are warned in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 about the use of witchcraft, negative energy, curses, and black magic. We should not be believing in those but instead trust in the Lord's power alone. There is no curse or black magic that can overcome the Lord's healing, so let us focus on the promises given in His word.
Lastly, we pray for his family, that they may be strengthened and encouraged during this time. We ask that Your love would surround them and that they would feel Your presence in a very real way. We ask this all in Jesus' name, believing that You are faithful to hear and answer our prayers. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). Stand firm in your faith. Do not be afraid to address how long lasting the recovery has been or is going to be. Continue to seek the Lord and His will, trusting that He has a purpose and a plan in all of this.
Remember the words of Psalm 30:2 WEB, "God, my God, I called to you for help, and you have healed me." Trust in His healing power and His timing, knowing that He is always working for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28 WEB).
