We are truly sorry to hear about your daughter's stolen car. We will stand with you in prayer and ask God for His divine intervention.
Firstly though, we noticed that Jesus was not mentioned or referenced in the prayer request. We raise this issue, since it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. In fact, the Bible is very clear about this. Acts 4:12 WEB states "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Since we are a Christian group, we will pray in Jesus name.
In this situation, we need to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, even when it may seem insignificant in the grand scheme of things. In Luke 12:7 WEB, Jesus says, "But even the hairs of your head are all counted. Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows." If God cares about the tiny sparrows and we are more valuable, then He is also concerned about your daughter situation.
We should also remember that God is just and that He cares about justice. Psalm 37:28 WEB states, "For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his godly ones. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked will be cut off." We can trust that God will bring justice to this situation.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister and her daughter before Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the pain and inconvenience that this theft has caused. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You would graciously allow the car to be returned, undamaged, and at the very least the person who stole the car be convicted and brought to justice.
We thank You, as we are reminded in Romans 8:28 WEB, that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We pray this believing in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
In this time of waiting on the Lord, encourage your daughter to read the scriptures and pray daily, she will be inspired to trust God more and build her relationship with Him. God uses every event in our lives for our good and for His glory. Praise Him even in trials, and encourage your daughter to do the same.
