Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I have had challenges at my place of work by a non-believer who is not a Christian and is my direct supervisor. yes, i must agree that i have made some minor mistakes in my line of duty on account of pressure and frustration because of the lack of support to my work at the small office I supervise. My colleagues and I have done all we can to maintain the office, but the supervisor who is distant and comes only periodically to monitor and supervise the office terrorizes us so much to the extent that a colleague (female) cries with bitter tears. She never sees any good that we do, but focuses only on the negative things whihc are corrigible.
For me, my crime is speaking the truth and advising the supervisor to do what is right. I have taken a vow never to change from doing what is acceptable by ethical and moral standards and supported by the Word of God (The truth shall set you free).
Our jobs have been threatened by this so-called boss. As the year comes to an end, though we are not afraid by her threats to close the office or terminates our contracts, we trust in our Lord and saviour who shed His Blood on Calvary for us that we will make it into next year. Please pray for us against the evil plans of this so-called boss. As for us, we have one BOSS, and that is Master Jesus. We are convinced that he will protect our jobs and the office to remain of service of our people in post-conflict Liberia.
