Restored Hope

Lord, praise your Holy Name. Thank you for being my provider and comforter. Lord, I am so depressed. I feel so lonely, I feel rejected by my boyfriend who has been so cold lately. I don't feel like being with family during the holidays when everyone else is bringing a date. For once in my life I had hope this year would be different. Lord, please restore my hope, heal my relationships, heal my lung problems, and please provide new direction before my job ends in February. I choose to trust in you. Amen!

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
