We are truly sorry to hear that you're going through a difficult time right now, and we want you to know that you're not alone. God is always with you, and He cares deeply about your pain. Remember that He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18
Firstly, we would like you to know that God promises us in the Bible in Romans 8:28:
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
This does not mean that what happened is good. This means that God can use what happened and bring good from it. Only a Sovereign and holy God can do this.
In difficult times, it's crucial to reach out to God in prayer. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1.
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord, we lift up this person to You, asking for Your comfort and healing. Touch their mind and emotions, and bring Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide them through this dark time, and help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. In Jesus' name, we pray.
If you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) because you do not believe in Jesus, we would like you to understand clearly that there is no other name by which we can be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Please consider these scriptures.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
The basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ is:
Luke 13:3 Except you repent, you shall all likewise perish.
Acts 3:19 Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord
Believing in Jesus Christ is essential for salvation and to serve God.
1 John 2:23 Whoever denies the Son, the same doesn't have the Father. He who confesses the Son has the Father also.
If you believe in Jesus Christ but did not mention His name, we would like to encourage you to do so. You are serving Him and it is appropriate.
It's also important to surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and encourage you. If you're not already part of a local church, we strongly encourage you to find one where you can connect with others and grow in your faith.
Remember, God is always faithful, and He promises to be with us always, even until the end of the age Matthew 28:20. Hold on to His promises, and trust that He will bring you through this difficult time.
Lastly, we want to leave you with this verse from Romans 8:38-39:
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Stand firm in His love, and take heart that He is always with you.
