Restoration

Pray please that God restored me to what I have lost. Unemployed now for almost a year now and have felt the burnt of disappointment and loneliness. I have lost a lot but I know that He can restore me. Looking to come back to the saints and to cell in my area. Thank you for your love and concern. ### ### ### ###

We are truly sorry to hear about your unemployment and the feelings of disappointment and loneliness that you are experiencing. We are encouraged that you have the faith and knowledge that God can restore you. Let us first address something very important. You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). This is so important because we are only able to access God through Jesus. This is a fundamental concept in Christianity. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. To know Jesus is to know the Father. To see Jesus is to see the Father. To know the Father we must know Jesus. Jesus is the way and the truth and the life and no one comes to the Father except through him. So, we will pray and encourage you using the name of Jesus.

First we must encourage you to return to the fellowship with other Christians.

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

So, we see that we need to make sure that we are regularly meeting with other Christians. It is so important to our spiritual health.

We must also remember that God will never leave us nor forsake us.

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.

So, we can be encouraged that God is always with us.

It is wonderful that you are seeking a return to fellowship with the saints and to a local cell group in your area. This is an important step in your restoration and spiritual growth. Remember that God's plan for you is good, and He desires to give you hope and a future.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who is seeking restoration and a return to fellowship with Your people. Lord, You know the struggles he has faced, the disappointment, and loneliness that have burdened his heart. We ask that You touch his life, restore what has been lost, and open the doors to new opportunities for employment and fellowship.

Father, guide him back to a local cell group where he can find support, encouragement, and spiritual growth. Help him to trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness, knowing that You have a good plan for his life. We pray for this in Jesus name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
