Restoration of mind, body, spirit

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is seeking restoration of mind, body, and spirit after enduring abuse and trauma. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the Healer of all wounds, and the Restorer of what has been broken. We stand in agreement with this dear one, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, they *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). The enemy may have sought to destroy, but we proclaim that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17), and every chain of pain is broken in the mighty name of Jesus!

Lord, we ask You to renew their mind, for we know that trauma can distort thinking and leave deep scars. Your Word tells us, *"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God"* (Romans 12:2). Wash over them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let Your truth replace every lie the enemy has planted. Bring clarity where there is confusion, hope where there is despair, and light where darkness has tried to linger.

For their body, Father, we pray for complete healing—every cell, every nerve, every part that has been affected by the weight of abuse. You formed them in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and You know every ache, every tension, every place where pain has taken root. We rebuke sickness, anxiety, and any physical manifestation of trauma in Jesus’ name! Your Word says, *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2). Let this be their reality, Lord.

For their spirit, we ask for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit. Trauma can make one feel disconnected from You, but we declare that You are closer than their next breath. *"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to preach good news to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed"* (Luke 4:18). Let them feel Your presence like never before, Lord. Restore their joy, their trust, and their sense of safety in You.

We also lift up any areas where unforgiveness may be hindering their healing. Father, Your Word commands us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13). If there is bitterness, resentment, or a desire for vengeance, we pray that You would soften their heart and help them release it to You. Vengeance is Yours (Romans 12:19), and You will bring justice in Your perfect timing.

Lastly, Lord, we ask that You surround them with godly community—believers who will speak life, pray over them, and walk alongside them in this journey. Let them know they are not alone, for You have said, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5).

We declare over them: *"The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1). May they rise from this season stronger, freer, and more deeply rooted in You. In the powerful, matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
